李卫华
李卫华,女,1973年4月出生,博士、研究员,现任上海市生物医药技术研究院药物与医疗器械研究所所长、分子生殖毒理学研究组长;国家卫生健康委员会生育调节药械重点实验室副主任;复旦大学药学院药理学博士研究生导师、复旦大学公共卫生学院卫生毒理学硕士生导师、上海理工大学硕士生导师、上海大学硕士生导师。1995年获上海医科大学医学学士学位;2000年获得复旦大学医学院医学硕士学位;2010年获得复旦大学毒理学博士学位和日本名古屋大学医学院博士学位。2001~2002年赴德国柏林自由大学、2003~2004年赴日本名古屋大学医学部从事合作研究。先后获得上海市青年科技启明星、上海市浦江人才、上海市三八红旗手、上海市青年科技英才、国家科技部中青年科技创新领军人才、全国巾帼建功标兵等荣誉称号。现为中国环境诱变剂学会理事、上海市环境诱变剂学会副理事长、上海市预防医学会毒理学专委会委员、上海市毒理学会理事、上海药理学会生殖药理专业委员会委员、中国毒理学会发育毒理与发育源性疾病防控专委会委员。
主要从事新型生育调节药物与医疗器械研发、生殖药理毒理学研究、以及环境化学物对生殖发育影响的毒理学机制研究。承担了30余项国家“十一五”、“十二五”、“十三五”国家科技支撑计划、国家传染病重大专项、国家自然科学基金项目、上海市科委重点项目、上海市科委浦江人才项目、上海市科技启明星人才项目、上海市卫生和计划生育委员会项目、上海科学院项目等。发表论文100余篇,其中SCI论文50余篇;已申请获得10余项国家发明专利和10余项实用新型专利;曾获得1项省部级科技成果二等奖、1项省部级科技成果三等奖。
自主研发了一系列生殖健康新产品,包括:新药“甲磺酸酚妥拉明胶囊”获得国家药品监督管理局(NMPA)新药证书;“苯扎氯铵阴道避孕凝胶剂”获得NMPA临床批文,并完成了II期临床试验;“乙酸避孕凝胶”获得NMPA临床批文,并实施了里程碑式成果转化,目前正在开展II期临床试验;一个润滑剂产品获得上市许可;一个新型备孕凝胶产品实施了里程碑式成果转化。
